Vaccinations
For the safety of everyone's dogs, we require up-to-date vaccinations for your dog to be able to use this service. Your dog's health and safety are always our number one priority, so please note that you may be requested to send in an up-to-date vaccination certificate before booking this service.
Pick Up & Drop Off
We offer a pick-up and drop-off service. If you won't be home, just let us know how we can access the property, key, side gate, garage remote etc. So that we can safely leave your dog in the designated area for drop off. Please be sure that your dog is fitted with either a harness or collar so they can be secured in the vehicle for the trip and also ensure that the dog has water on return home (we will double check that before we leave them)!
Pup-Dates!
Of course, we will keep you updated while your pooch is in our care! Via text, we will let you know when they have been picked up, a fun snap from playing and a text letting you know they have been safely delivered home!

Behavioural Issues
Dogs who have reactivity issues are of course welcome for this service! However, you must inform us of the dog's behavioural issues when you request your booking, for the handler's safety. This includes things such as dog reactivity or resource-guarding toys or food.
Weather
Canine Minds has the right to reschedule or cancel bookings where the weather is not suitable. Shade and water is of course provided for the dogs however 28 degrees and higher is our cut-off point. The safety of the dogs is of utmost importance and decisions regarding weather-related cancellations or rescheduling will be made in their best interest.
Where appropriate, we will offer early morning, or late bookings to work around hot weather.
Cancellations
Please note:
Any cancellations to booking the paddock will result in a loss of the $20 (one-time cost) or $100 (5-visit cost) that reserves your booking space.
The additional cost of service will be refunded to you if there has been a minimum of 24 hours notice via text or call to Canine Minds.
*Coming into the warmer months, please be mindful of the weather BEFORE booking the paddock to ensure you don't lose you deposit.
